Job summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time CDL-A Night Shuttle Driver in Saco, ME. You will operate a day cab tractor with a 53’ trailer to other Pyle terminals, performing overnight trips and ensuring safety and FMCSA compliance.

Earn $36.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Join a long-standing family-owned logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card current.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass background checks.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English; obtain TSA security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive a day cab tractor pulling a 53' trailer to other Pyle terminals.
• Complete overnight trips between various Pyle locations.
• Ensure security and safety of tractor and freight; follow FMCSA rules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement to start or willingness to obtain in 90 days
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor trailer experience
• Currently hold, or obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• No more than three moving violations and or accidents within the last three years, subject to review
• Ability to communicate effectively; must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance

CDL-A Night Shuttle Driver responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Driving a day cab tractor pulling a 53’ trailer to other Pyle terminals.
• Completing overnight trips between various Pyle locations
• Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to all FMCSA safety regulations and guidelines
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
