AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Driver for the night shift (M-F, 5PM-3AM) at the Itasca facility to move parcels across hubs, including routes between Houston and Dallas. The role requires Class A license, safety focus, and the ability to operate and inspect commercial trucks.

You will be responsible for accurate paperwork, DOT compliance, and timely deliveries while enjoying full benefits, PTO, a bonus program, and a 401(k) plan. Join a team that values safety and efficiency.

Formación

• Reading and writing English required.
• Knowledge of airport codes destinations and basic geography recommended.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Active participation in safety policies and compliance.
• Maintain a current Medical Card and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Drive truck to and from destinations safely and follow DOT regulations.
• Ensure real-time reporting of incidents and safe road operations.
• Perform basic fleet maintenance and inspect vehicle before and after trips.
• Prepare load receipts and bills of lading.
• Maintain logs of drivers hours and comply with rest requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DOT and State regulations.
• Communicate status of routes with supervisor and clock out properly.
• Anticipate delivery challenges to meet client timelines.
• Inspect and secure cargo with proper equipment during transit.
• May unload/load and operate a forklift when not driving.
