A national trucking company is seeking Team Van Truckload truck drivers for full-time positions. Drivers will enjoy home time every three weeks and the opportunity to drive dry van trailers with no-touch freight. Benefits include a sign-on bonus of $5,000, medical and dental insurance, and 401(k) savings plans. Candidates must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and are welcome to explore the company-paid CDL training programs offered.

Overview

New pay increase - Team Van Truckload truck driver

Home time: Every three weeks

Experience: All CDL holders

Average pay: $1,340-$1,630 weekly

• Dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight.
• Drive within all 48 states.

Pay and bonus potential

• Now earn up to 13¢ more per mile.
• Mileage pay up to $0.75 cents per mile, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly paychecks.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
