Schneider National, Inc. is seeking qualified Regional Van Truckload drivers in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will haul 100% no-touch freight with dry van trailers, eligible for a weekly pay of $1,030–$1,260, plus mileage pay and various incentives.

Additional benefits include sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, time off, and a comprehensive benefits package. HazMat preferred and 125-mile radius requirement apply.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

• New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.06 per mile based on weekly miles.

• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.

• Weekly performance pay.

• $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.

• Paid orientation.

• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
