Schneider National, Inc. is hiring a Regional Van Truckload driver to cover the Eastern 37 states. Expect consistent freight, predictable schedules and a strong emphasis on safety and on-time delivery.

Average weekly pay ranges from $915 to $1,120 with mileage pay and on-duty hourly pay. New drivers receive a 90-day guarantee, sign-on bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) match.

Average pay: $915-$1,120 weekly

Overview

• Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.
• Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.04 per mile based on weekly miles.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
