Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for intermodal work around Minneapolis, delivering containers secured to company-owned chassis. This role features 100% no-touch freight with 50% drop-and-hook between railyards within 200 miles of Minneapolis.

You’ll operate in a stable network with paid orientation and benefits. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL with HazMat and tanker endorsements (preferred), and living within 40 miles of Minneapolis, MN, with at least 3 months of Class A driving

Pay and bonus potential

• Pay recently increased by up to $2 per load.
• Hourly pay and load pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 40 miles of Minneapolis, MN.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
