Job summary

Schneider National seeks an experienced CDL driver in Georgia to haul dry van freight. 100% no-touch and 60% drop-and-hook freight with 3–5 loads per week across the East, Midwest and South. Start with weekly pay and a guaranteed first-week earnings opportunity.

You’ll receive mileage pay plus on-duty pay, sign‑on bonuses, paid orientation, and benefits including health, dental, and vision, 401(k) with company match, and regular home time.

Overview

• Dry van trailer hauling paper products.
• 100% no-touch and 60% drop-and-hook freight.
• 3-5 loads per week.
• Drive within the East, Midwest and South.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA.
