Schneider National is seeking drivers for dry van routes covering the Eastern 37 states. The role features 100% no-touch and 60% drop-and-hook freight with 3-5 loads weekly, centered in Kentucky. Expect a mix of mileage pay, on-duty hourly pay while not driving, and a generous benefits package.

Overview

• Dry van trailer hauling paper products.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
