Schneider National is hiring a CDL holder to haul dry van trailers around the Eastern 37 states. The work features 100% no-touch and about 60% drop-and-hook with 3–5 loads per week.

Compensation includes mileage and on-duty hourly pay, a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,000 during the first 90 days, weekly performance pay, and generous sign-on bonuses. Comprehensive benefits and paid orientation are provided.

Overview

• Dry van trailer hauling paper products.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
