Schneider National is seeking CDL drivers to haul paper products in dry van trailers. The role features 100% no-touch freight and about 60% drop-and-hook, with 3-5 loads per week and routes across multiple states. You’ll drive in a consistent schedule with weekly pay and strong home time.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
