Schneider is seeking drivers for a dedicated Dollar General account in the Midwest. Expect to haul retail merchandise on liftgate trailers and hand-unload freight at Dollar General stores using rolltainers. Average pay: $1,775-$2,150 weekly

Overview

• Hauling retail merchandise on liftgate trailers.
• 100% hand unload freight at Dollar General stores using rolltainers.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 3 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.
• Drive within the Midwest.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
