Job summary

Schneider National in the United States is seeking a Team Dedicated Truck Driver to haul motorcycle parts and engines in dry van trailers. This role features 100% no-touch freight and 60% drop-and-hook, with about 7 loads per week and routes extending east of the Rocky Mountains.

You may bring your dog or cat under our Team Pet Policy. Eligible drivers receive mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, a first-year weekly guarantee of at least $1,000, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses of up

• Must be a formed team.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Live within 75 miles of Carlisle, PA or York, PA.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
