Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Dedicated PODs flatbed truck driver to haul PODS containers across the continental U.S. You will strap and secure loads, manage 2–3 loads per week with 2–5 stops per load, and drive across all 48 states.

Expect weekly pay between $1,325 and $1,625 with sign-on bonuses, orientation, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and tuition assistance. Home time is monthly, and veterans' programs are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
