Midwest Regional Drivers Earn $73,000 - $92,000 Annually

• Earn up to $0.76 per mile, depending on experience
• Weekly load minimum: $180
• All miles paid loaded and empty (unless going home)
• Additional stops and pick-ups: $40
• Driver unload pay, detention pay, layover/breakdown pay
• All lumpers are paid for by JBS
• Mandatory $0.10 per Diem
• Occasional nights at home per week, depending on location (not guaranteed)

Work and Route Details

• Average weekly miles: 1,600 to 2,000
• Main driving region: multi-state
• Truck assignments at any JBS terminal; no guarantee of being at your home terminal
• Typical route involves picking up loaded trailers from Pork or Beef plants, live unloading, then returning empty to nearby plants

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year tractor-trailer experience
• Experience with 48’-53' trailers
• Mentor and training programs available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
