Job summary

Allan Myers, Inc. is seeking a CDL driver to transport construction materials to customer or job site locations. The role requires daily vehicle inspections, log maintenance, and safe driving at construction sites across the Mid-Atlantic region.

We offer a $2,500 Sign On Bonus through 9/30/26, with an hourly range of $27.00–$35.00 based on experience. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, vacation, holidays, bonus program and 401k.

Qualifications

• Ability to give and receive written or oral instructions.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must pass DOT physicals.
• Skilled in loading, unloading Heavy Equipment.
• Ability to maintain composure, professionalism in all situations.
• Ability to read maps and follow directions to locations.
• Must be physically able to operate, move about, and maintain a dump truck.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
• Interact professionally with the public and others in the company while making deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Makes daily pre/post trip inspections on assigned vehicle to maintain safety.
• Drives to destination applying knowledge of regulations and roads.
• Maintains a truck log per state and federal regulations.
• Reports traffic or site issues promptly; notes job site locations.
• Complies with truck maintenance and cleanliness guidelines.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.
