10-4 Truck Recruiting is seeking entry-level Class-A truck drivers in Cheyenne, WY. CDL-A is required, but no prior trucking experience is necessary. The role offers high pay, excellent benefits, and rapid advancement as you build miles and safety performance.

We provide high rates, steady miles, and generous bonuses, including safety bonuses and unlimited referrals. New drivers can earn up to $80,000 in their first year with pay up to 60 CPM, subject to eligibility and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A (Class A CDL).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No prior trucking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class-A tractor-trailer safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Follow dispatch instructions and maintain logs as required.
• Keep vehicle clean and perform basic inspections.
