Job summary

Metro Region is seeking a Local Truck Driver to work home daily in Bristol, PA. The role involves transporting masonry, dry mix, and hardscapes products to stores, jobsites, and distribution yards with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The driver will be responsible for loading supervision, delivering on schedule, maintaining logs, and complying with DOT regulations. A valid CDL A, medical card, and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• CDL A license and valid medical card required.
• At least 2 years of CDL experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Transport masonry, bagged concrete, and hardscapes materials to customers.
• Make assigned deliveries in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist and supervise loading of truck to ensure proper order and weight distribution.
• Unloading could include operating boom cranes and truck mounted forklifts.
• Maintain complete and accurate records such as drivers' daily truck log and fuel tickets.
