Walmart in Harrisonville, MO is hiring a CDL-A Local Grocery Driver to join a dedicated local grocery operation. Earn $1,100–$1,200 per week delivering dry and refrigerated grocery freight with daily home time and no-touch freight.

This role features overnight shifts, six-day workweeks with a 34-hour reset, occasional backhauls, and eligibility for a performance-based safety bonus.

Pay Details & Schedule

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,100–$1,200
• Mileage Pay: Starts at $0.49 CPM and increases with tenure, up to $0.60 CPM after 36 months
• Additional Load Pay:
  • $25 for loads under 50 miles
  • $20 for loads under 110 miles
• Stop Pay: $10 for the first stop and $15 for each additional stop
• Performance Safety Bonus: Available to eligible drivers who meet the program requirements
• Home Time: Daily
• Shift: Overnight only
• Workweek: Typically 6 days, followed by a 34-hour reset
• Weekend and holiday work required
