Job summary

Carvana is seeking a CDL A Local Driver in Heath. You will be home daily, driving our 9-car haulers and safely loading vehicles to ensure timely customer deliveries.

Earn an average weekly pay of $1,750–$1,900 with bonus opportunities, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a $5,000 relocation package for those moving to Heath, OH. Company-paid health plans and PTO are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL with Med Card.
• 21+ years old.
• 6 months tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Willingness to relocate to Heath, OH.
• Military experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional behavior and appearance.
• Loading and securing vehicles on 9-car haulers.
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining driver log.
• Transporting vehicles between Carvana locations.
• Must adhere to the delivery schedule.
• Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of our customer cars.
• Communicate with transportation team.

Requirements

• Valid CDL driver’s license with Med Card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

Other Requirements

• Must be able to walk 75' and climb a 10' ladder
• Must be able to bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand and climb as required to secure load
• Requires standing, stretching, walking, stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an outdoor environment
• Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
• Requires use of safety equipment that may include non-slip shoes, gloves, and other protective garments and equipment
• Requires frequent driving
