Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Vehicle Transporter in Minneapolis to move cars between production facilities and delivery hubs, with a home daily schedule and pay-per-mile structure.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure vehicles on our 9-car haulers.
• Maintain courteous and professional behavior & appearance.
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining driver log.
• Transporting vehicles between Carvana locations.
• Must adhere to the delivery schedule.
• Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of our customer cars.
• Communicate with transportation team.

Overview

As a Vehicle Transporter, you’ll be home daily. When you’re working, you’ll be moving cars between our production facilities and delivery hubs for the safe and timely delivery of our customer cars. We offer competitive pay with our pay‑per‑mile compensation structure, along with plenty of opportunities for additional ways to earn even more. Bonus opportunities include night route differential, quarterly bonus opportunities, extra day pay, and more!

Requirements

• Valid CDL driver’s license with Med Card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• 6 months of tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years or equivalent military experience

Other Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk 75ft and climb a 10‑ft ladder
• Must be able to bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand and climb as required to secure load
• Requires standing, stretching, walking, stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an outdoor environment
• Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
• Requires use of safety equipment that may include non‑slip shoes, gloves, and other protective garments and equipment
• Requires frequent driving
