First things first. As a vehicle transporter, you will be home daily. You will move cars between our production facilities and delivery hubs to deliver customer vehicles safely and on time. We offer competitive pay with a pay‑per‑mile structure plus bonus opportunities, including night route differential, quarterly bonuses, extra day pay, and more.

Requirements

• Valid CDL driver's license with Med Card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Six months of tractor‑trailer experience in the last three years or equivalent military experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional behavior & appearance.
• Load and secure vehicles on our 9‑car haulers.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain driver log.
• Transport vehicles between Carvana locations.
• Adhere to delivery schedule.
• Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of customer cars.
• Communicate with transportation team.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk 75 feet and climb a 10‑foot ladder.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand and climb as required to secure load.
• Requires standing, stretching, walking, stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an outdoor environment.
• Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Requires use of safety equipment that may include non‑slip shoes, gloves, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Requires frequent driving.
