Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Portable Storage Delivery Driver with CDL-A to join our local delivery team in Traverse City, MI.

You will operate flatbed trucks and forklifts, load/unload portable storage containers, and transport them to customers’ homes or businesses on local routes, while upholding safety and excellent service. Qualifications

• Must hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• DOT certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations – local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
• Maintain a clean motor vehicle driving record.
