Job summary

Safeload Trucking operates a dedicated local shuttle network with home daily schedules in Northeast Arkansas. The CDL-A driver will move loaded and empty trailers among distribution centers, facilities, and warehouses, maintaining a consistent route pattern and on-time performance.

The role requires readiness for 40–60 hours per week, with night and weekend shift premiums. Supplemental insurance and PTO are available as part of the compensation package.

Compensation

0-3 years experience: $20.50 per hour

3-6 years experience: $21.00 per hour

6-9 years experience: $21.50 per hour

10+ years experience: $22.00 per hour

Hours per week: 40-60 hours

Night shift premium: Additional $1.00 per hour

Weekend premium: Additional $5.50 per hour

Holiday premium: Additional $5.50 per hour

Layover pay: $200.00

Monthly bonus program: Yes

Operating Area

Primary origin: Paragould, Arkansas

Operating locations: Distribution Center (Paragould, AR), Manufacturing Facilities (Paragould, AR), Facilities (Paragould, AR), Jonesboro AR Distribution Operations, Marmaduke AR Warehouse Operations

Most runs stay within approximately 100 miles of Paragould

Drivers may occasionally operate up to 250 miles from the terminal
