CDL A Local Intermodal Owner Operators in Dallas/Ft Worth TX

Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $2,000 - $3,000
• Tiered zone pay based on lane zones
• Flexible fuel surcharge
• Bonuses: Sign-on ($1,000, paid in 3 installments), referral ($500), roadside inspection, safety performance
• Additional pay for detention, chassis split, and hazmat
• Paid via direct deposit or EFS weekly

Equipment Requirements

• Own a truck (1998 or newer, ELD compatible)
• Pass federal DOT inspection

Qualifications

• At least 23 years old
• CDL A license, hazmat endorsement preferred
• Minimum 15 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience (6 months intermodal in last 3 years)
• Clean PSP, pass background check, no recent DUI/DWI or FMCSA positive drug tests
• Drivers within 70 miles of Arlington, TX preferred
