Job Description

• Home Time: Home daily
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, every other Saturday
• Shift: 0300 start time, 11-hour days
• Mileage Rate: $0.72 CPM
• Average Miles: 2200 miles/week
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,600
• First Year Earnings: $83,000
• Type of Hauling: Menards dry van and flatbed trailers
• Operating Area: Typically within 250 miles of the distribution center

• Experienced Driver Orientation: 1.5 days + $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Recent Graduates: 1 week paid orientation and 2 weeks on-the-job training
