Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required.
• Current DOT Medical Card required.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required.
• Must be at least 22 years old.

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 5 years
• Experience operating CDL-A tractor-trailers with dry van equipment.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Experience securing freight using straps, load bars, and other cargo securement devices.
• Excellent safety record with a clean MVR.
• Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
• Ability to pass background screening and customer approval process.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb in and out of the tractor/trailer multiple times throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and varying start times.
• Ability to safely secure freight using cargo securement equipment.
• Must be able to work independently and maintain focus for extended driving periods.
