Drive My Way is seeking CDL A Local Flatbed Drivers in Indianapolis, IN. As a driver, you will safely deliver goods for a large home improvement company, expecting to be safety-focused and reliable. Your work schedule includes Monday to Saturday, starting at 6:00 AM, and you will be home daily.

Compensation ranges from $24 to $25 per hour with various bonuses such as sign-on and attendance bonuses. Benefits include medical insurance, vacation days, paid training, and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Drivers must be at least 23 years of age.
• No DUI/DWIs in the last 7 years.
• Must have a clean criminal record with no felonies.

• Ensure timely deliveries.

SLB Freightage Inc. is hiring CDL A Local Flatbed Drivers in Indianapolis, IN. SLB Freightage is a third‑party delivery service for a large home improvement company. Drivers will be safely delivering finished goods and raw materials for residential and business customers. Drivers are expected to be safety‑focused, reliable, and committed to timely deliveries.

Compensation

• $24 to $25 per hour
• Average hours weekly: 40-45
• Overtime pay after 40 hours
• Bonuses:
  • Sign‑on bonus: $2,500 ($500 paid after 30 days, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,000 after 6 months)
  • Driver referral bonus: $2,000 ($500 paid after 1 week, $500 after 90 days, $1,000 after 6 months)
  • Quarterly safety bonus (no violations or accidents)
  • Monthly attendance bonus: $75 - $100
• Holiday pay after 90 days employed
• Paid via direct deposit biweekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home time: Home daily
• Schedule: Monday - Saturday
• Shift: Day shift starting at 6:00 am
  • 8-12 stops per day
• Route: Greater Indianapolis area
• Level of Touch: Load and unload materials using Moffett forklift, load securement using straps, and some shrink wrapping of pallets
  • There are no inside deliveries; deliveries will be made to outdoor hard surfaces only

Equipment

• Late model day cab trucks
• 32' & 36' flatbed trailers
• Automatic transmission fleet

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Moffett forklift experience preferred
• No DUI/DWIs in last 7 years
• Must have a clean criminal record with no felonies
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre‑employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 35 miles of Indianapolis, IN or be willing to relocate for this position
