G&D Integrated is hiring CDL A Local Dry Van Drivers in Morton, IL. You will be home daily and on weekends, driving within a 250-mile radius of Morton, IL, with a Monday–Friday schedule and multiple shift options.

The role emphasizes safety and reliable on-time performance within a family-oriented culture. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $26-$29 with overtime after 50 hours, plus possible differential pay for off shifts and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL A license and at least 6 months tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age or older and able to pass DOT requirements.
• Willing to relocate within 40 miles of Morton, IL or reside nearby.
• No DUI/DWIs or license suspensions in the past 3 years; clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive local dry van routes within a 250 mile radius of Morton, IL.
• Home daily and home weekends; Monday–Friday schedule and multiple shift options.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations.
• Coordinate with dispatch, complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and document trip details.

G&D Integrated is hiring CDL A Local Dry Van Drivers in Morton, IL. Drivers will be home daily & home weekends! Compensation

• Earn up to $100,000 a year!
• Experience matters! Your starting rate reflects your driving history.
• Hourly pay range: $26 - $29
• Average weekly hours: 50+
• Overtime pay after 50 hours
• Additional $2 per hour shift differential pay if working the off shift
• Bonuses:
• $2,000 Driver referral bonus: Paid $1,000 at hire, and $1,000 at 6 months employed
• $100 Driver lead referral bonus for qualified drivers
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Equipment

• 2023 & Newer Freightliner Trucks
• 2-3 year replacement cycle
• All trucks are automatic transmission
• Governed speed: 68 on the pedal and 70 on cruise
• ELD equipped with Samsara system
• Forward facing camera

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No more than two moving violations in the past 24 months
• No more than two or more preventable/at fault accidents in the past 24 months in any vehicle
• No more than one DOT preventable/at fault accident in the past 24 months in a CMV
• No DUI/DWIs or license suspensions in last 3 years
• No reckless driving convictions in any vehicle within the previous 24 months
• No failures or refusals of drug/alcohol tests
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Morton, IL or be willing to relocate for this position
