Job Description

System Freight is seeking CDL A Local Dry Van drivers in Jersey Shore, PA. We offer experienced CDL-A Drivers a genuine career opportunity with competitive weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and safety bonuses.

Compensation

• Annual pay: $72,800 - $93,600
• Weekly Pay: $1,400 - $1,800
• Breakdown pay: $21.85/hour
• Annual pay increases
• $2,500 Sign-on Bonus
• Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage starting the first of the month after 60 days
• Sick days, personal days, and vacation days (vary by location)
• Paid Holidays: $216.00 per holiday, provided the driver works the day before and after
• Profit sharing
• DOT stop awards – AMEX gift cards for clean inspections

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Home Daily in Jersey Shore, PA
• AM shifts, Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays (always available)
• Start times: 2am-4am (may start as early as 12am during initial months)
• Routes primarily include NJ – Newark – Dayton
• Mostly no-touch freight with limited driver assist unloads

Equipment

• Modern, clean fleet with late-model equipment
• Automatic transmissions

Requirements

• Valid CDL A License
• At least 3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience
• Minimum age: 24 years old
• Acceptable MVR and criminal history
• Reside within 30 miles of Jersey Shore, PA
