Job summary

Mondelēz International / NABISCO is hiring a Driver CDL in Lubbock, TX to deliver snacks to stores and warehouses, with a strong emphasis on safety and on-time deliveries. This role requires a CDL Class A and at least one year of safe driving experience, plus the ability to pass drug, MVR, and background checks.

Shifts run Mon/Wed/Fri, 12am–10pm (about 40 hours/week); driving to area stores with a focus on safety, compliance, and customer service. Mondelēz offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL-Class A license with at least one year of safe driving experience.
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID for base access.
• Preferred direct store delivery (DSD) experience.
• Ability to pass drug test, MVR, and background check.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety checks of equipment to guarantee safety.
• Completes daily field service activities, including receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.
