Job summary

TransForce is hiring CDL A drivers for year-round, local Phoenix-area routes. Expect dry van, reefer, or flatbed loads with 95% drop-and-hook and occasional loading/unloading tasks. Schedule is Monday–Friday with optional Saturdays; 10–12 hour shifts and start times typically between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

Compensation starts at $23 per hour with overtime after 40 hours; the position offers full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities and local deliveries across the Phoenix Valley.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL licence.
• Minimum 6 months of CDL A driving experience.
• 1 year of CDL A experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Local deliveries primarily within the Phoenix Valley.
• 10–12 hour shifts with early start times (3:00 AM–6:00 AM).
