Pay & Compensation

Drivers are paid using a combination of hourly pay, mileage pay, and stop pay, with pay increasing based on experience.

Starting Pay

• $15.25/hour
• $0.42 CPM

After 6 Months

• $15.50/hour
• $0.43 CPM
• $10 stop pay

After 1 Year

• $15.75/hour

After 2 Years
