Job summary

Charter Next Generation, Inc. is hiring a CDL-A Truck Driver for local Green Bay routes, home nightly. You’ll cover 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, driving between Green Bay production and distribution points to keep products moving safely.

Ideal candidates have a clean driving record, 2–3 years of experience, and a valid Class A license with a medical card. You’ll complete daily inspections, meet DOT and safety standards, and grow with a company that shares ownership and rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent driving record and 2–3 years of driving experience.
• Lift up to 65 pounds and perform 12-hour shifts.
• Must be 21+ with a valid Class A license and Medical Card.
• Pass all DOT requirements and CNG road test.
• Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and measuring tools use.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening; BI-weekly pay schedule.
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive CNG trucks and trailers between Green Bay locations.
• Local shuttle of product to/from production warehouses.
• Ensure equipment is safe and in proper working condition.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections daily in Geotab.
• Communicate repairs needed to Fleet Manager to stay compliant.
• Obey AIB, BRC standards and SOPs; CDL/DOT compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of company, plant requirements and trainings.
