Job Summary:

Sysco has immediate job openings for dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include manually unloading/delivering various products such as meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Building positive relationships with customers and understanding their operational needs are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• 21+ years of age.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift, push, or move product weighing 40-60 pounds on average, up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Requirements

• 1 year customer delivery experience.
• 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience.
• 6 months Food and Beverage experience.
• Two years of consistent work history.
