Job Summary:

Sysco is seeking dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include manually unloading and delivering various products such as meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and supplies to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Building positive relationships with customers through friendly service and understanding their operations are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing 40-60 pounds, and up to 100 pounds repeatedly
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Requirements

• 1 year customer delivery experience
• 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience
• 6 months Food and Beverage experience
• 2 years consistent work history
