Job Summary

Sysco has immediate openings for dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers. You will operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently, manually unload/deliver various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.) to customer locations on an assigned route. Building positive relationships with customers through friendly service and understanding their operations is key to meeting needs and expectations.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing 40-60 pounds on average, up to 100 pounds repeatedly
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Requirements

• 1 year customer delivery experience
• 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience
• 6 months Food and Beverage experience
• 2 years of consistent work history
