Sysco is hiring dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently, manually unload and deliver various products such as meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies to customer locations on scheduled routes. Our drivers foster strong relationships with customers through a positive, friendly attitude and by becoming familiar with their operations to meet their needs and expectations.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Physical ability to lift, push, or move products weighing 40-60 pounds on average, up to 100 pounds repeatedly
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer delivery experience
• 6 months of hand cart/hand truck experience
• 6 months of Food and Beverage industry experience
• Two years of consistent work history
