Hourly rate: $24.25/hour plus incentives and overtime pay

Job Profile Summary

Operate daily routes with frequent stops, load packages onto hand trucks, unload at each stop, and follow the designated route plan. The role involves working in a cross-dock model, managing trucks from nightly deliveries, and returning them to the lot. Assistance with loading trucks, palletizing, and other duties may be required as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical, customer relations, and personnel aspects of major programs and projects.
• Run efficient routes, meeting or exceeding time expectations.
• Unload products from trailers and place them in designated areas, often in various weather conditions.
• Lift and move products weighing 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds, frequently reaching and bending during loading and unloading.
• Verify deliveries with customers, obtain signatures, and communicate discrepancies or errors.
• Report any incomplete deliveries (shorts).
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Operate company equipment safely, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections following DOT regulations and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Physical ability to lift, push, or move products weighing 40-100 pounds repeatedly.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of customer delivery experience preferred.
• 6 months of hand truck/hand cart experience preferred.
• 6 months of Food and Beverage industry experience preferred.
• Two years of consistent work history preferred.
