Job summary

Sysco Hawaii in Hale'iwa seeks an experienced delivery driver to operate a tractor-trailer, deliver and unload products to Sysco customers, and uphold safety and DOT regulations. The role requires early start times, weekend/holiday work, and strong customer service skills.

You will load and unload, verify deliveries, collect payments when needed, complete DOT logs, and maintain vehicle cleanliness while following SyscoSafe work methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years local food or beverage delivery experience preferred.
• Pallet breakdown and hand cart delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company insurability standards.
• One year CMV experience preferred.
• Pass employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product within assigned route schedule and time windows.
• Unload product from trailer, by hand or with a hand cart, and place in designated storage areas.
• Lift, push, or move product weighing 1–75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; stack pallets as needed.
• Bend and twist during loading/unloading and retrieving items.
• Verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures; communicate discrepancies.
