Mondelez Global LLC, a leading global snacking company, is now hiring a CDL A Local Delivery Driver in Wichita, KS. This is a non-union role with start times between 12am-3am. The driver will deliver products, including temperature-controlled foods, safely and on time within the Wichita area. You will stock your truck with our products, drive to stores and warehouses, unload at locations where needed, and return home in the evening. Home Daily | Reliable Routes | Competitive Pay

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $28.50
• Competitive hourly rate with 40-50 hours weekly
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Routes, & Schedule

• Home every day
• Schedule: Monday-Saturday (4-5 days per week), start times between 12am-3am
• Route: Local Kansas, with 11-15 stops on average
• Level of touch: minimal handling of product, pallets only; routine lifting and stepping on/off the truck at stops

Equipment

• Automatic transmission
• Double axle, automatic, 53-foot trucks

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid CDL A license required
• 2 years verifiable driving experience required
• Safe driving record with no serious violations in the last 5 years; all accidents and violations reviewed
• No DUIs/OWIs in the last 5 years
• Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID for access to military base facilities
• Registered with FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Able to pass DOT pre-employment drug test, physical, MVR, and background check
• Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation preferred
• Proficient with smartphones/tablets and ELDs
• Flexible with daily route and schedule changes
• Customer-oriented attitude reflecting company values
• Basic vehicle mechanics knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
• Reside within 50 miles of Wichita, KS
