Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver to serve customers in the Houston area on local routes, with home daily schedules. You will deliver food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals and universities, with the ability to unload up to 100 lbs and operate a ramp and two-wheeler throughout the shift.

Day shifts run Monday–Friday with early start times. Earns $65,000 to $90,000 per year, plus guaranteed minimums, weekly pay and a strong benefits package from day one, plus profit

Qualifications

• CDL A license required and valid.
• 1–2 years of driving experience.
• Able to unload up to 100 lbs and operate a two-wheel cart.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Drug test and background check required; clean driving record.
• DOT Clearinghouse enrollment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food products to customers in local routes.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Home daily; day shifts.
• Unload up to 100 lbs; use ramp and two-wheeler.
