Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Local UDS Driver for Windsor, WI. You will deliver to small retailers on a fixed route, unload manually with a hand dolly, and stock shelves as requested, while building strong customer relationships.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 4:30am start, with overtime and weekend flexibility. Starting pay is $31.69/hour, increasing to $33.33/hour after six months, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL A).
• Ability to maintain valid DOT Driver Qualification File.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to small retailers on a set route.
• Manually unload trucks using a hand dolly and stock shelves.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain route responsibilities.
