Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Live Haul Driver for Dept. 367, 1st shift in Heavener. This role transports chickens from farms to processing plants, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to DOT rules. Hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM with schedule variations.

Responsibilities include log maintenance, equipment checks, and safe handling of cages. CDL and clean DOT history required, with long hours and strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years of verifiable driving experience.
• Must have a Class-A CDL Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Drives a truck to transport chickens from the farms to the plants.
• Picks up chickens at the farms.
• Delivers chickens to live haul.
• Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations.
• Inspects truck equipment and supplies (tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and water).
• Binds and unbinds cages.
