Job description

We are hiring for the CDL A Driver 2nd Shift position,

Full Time – Mon to Fri, starting between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, depending on business needs

Compensation: $30.50 per hour, including a $3,000 sign-on bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Operate vehicles following BSP Trans, Inc. safety procedures, OSHA, DOT, and other legal standards.
  2. Perform freight pick-ups and deliveries within Vermont, including commercial and residential deliveries, maintaining professionalism and customer service standards.
  3. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, stops, and delays affecting schedules.

Minimum Requirements:

  • CDL A license with HazMat endorsement (assistance available if needed).
  • DOT Medical Card.
  • At least 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience.
  • Successful completion of DOT drug testing and physical exam.
  • Clean driving and safety record.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks involving objects over 75 lbs.
  • Background check clearance during onboarding.
