Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a safety-focused Line Driver (CDL Class A) to join our team. The role centers on transporting trailers between service centers and designated locations with a VA to NC routing, on a 12pm-8pm back-to-back daily schedule.

This is a full-time, year-round position with growth opportunities within a long-established company. Qualified candidates will hold a valid Class A CDL, a current DOT medical card, and a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card required.
• Clean MVR (dated within 30 days).
• Minimum 3 years verifiable Class 8 tractor driving experience.
• Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service regulations and ELD usage.
• Must be able to read and follow directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations to transport trailers between service centers and turn-point locations.
• Load and unload freight using approved equipment.
• Secure cargo and maintain load integrity.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates and incidents.
• Complete drop-and-hook operations and adjust trailer configurations as needed.
• Maintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA and state regulations.
