The top 25% earners gross $8,000 to $10,000 per week, with $2.29 CPM and all miles paid. A $6k sign-on bonus is offered; tolls are fully paid and fuel discounts apply. Home time is negotiable, with strong dispatch support and increasing freight availability.

Qualifications

• CDL A required and 6 months OTR or regional experience for Solo/Lead driver roles.
• Cross-state driving, electronic logs (Elogs), and sleeper TT experience preferred.
• Co-driver must have 3 months OTR/Regional experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul specialty freight across the country as a Team Lease Purchase contractor.
• Assist with loading and unloading freight as a driver.

The Specialized fleet has under 30% turnover and best-in-class support staff.

Job Details:

• Team Lease Purchase Positions
• Home time is up to you

• Driver assist position - loading and unloading freight
