Schneider National is seeking professional drivers for Team Dedicated routes. You will travel across the country hauling reefer freight, with company-paid flights, a strong pay package, and comprehensive benefits.

Expect 5–6 loads weekly, 3–4 stop-offs per load, and the opportunity to bring your pet along under the Team Pet Policy. This role emphasizes safety and efficiency with 100% no-touch freight, competitive mileage and hourly pay on duty, plus sign-on bonuses and potential annual bonuses.

Overview

• Travel to various locations across the country to haul freight.
• Paid flights to and from destinations.
• Reefer trailer hauling produce.
• 100% no-touch and 25% drop-and-hook freight.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 5-6 loads per week with 3-4 stop-offs per load.
• Travel within AL, KS, LA, OK, TN and TX.
• Take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Must be willing to fly and have a REAL ID driver's license or valid passport.
