Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for Team Dedicated operations. You will travel across the country to haul freight in reefer trailers, with 100% no-touch freight and weekly guaranteed miles. Expect 3–5 loads per week, 2–3 stops per load, and possible nighttime shifts while working with a dedicated team.

The role requires a valid CDL, willingness to fly for trips, and the flexibility to operate in the Midwest and Northeast regions. Schneider provides a comprehensive driver benefits package.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must be willing to fly and have a REAL ID driver's license or valid passport.
