Job summary

Schneider National in the Northeast US is hiring intermodal drivers. You will haul freight containers on company chassis, with 99% no-touch freight and 70% drop-and-hook; operate in and out of railyards, and receive hourly pay plus load pay.

Applicants must have a valid CDL-A, HazMat and Tanker endorsements preferred, live within 50 miles of Tunkhannock, PA, and have at least 3 months of Class A experience. Orientation paid; benefits and a generous sign-on bonus await.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay and load pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Tunkhannock, PA.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
