Job summary

Schneider National is seeking an intermodal driver in Agawam, MA. You will haul freight containers on company chassis, with 90% no-touch, 80% drop-and-hook operations, navigating railyards across the Northeast to support on-time deliveries.

Eligible drivers have a Class A CDL (HazMat/Tanker preferred) and live within 50 miles of Agawam. Minimum 3 months of experience; comprehensive benefits and competitive pay accompany this role.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay and load pay.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Agawam, MA.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
